Product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the invoice, certificate, and all documents included.

Return or refund will be approved only after inspection by our Quality Team.

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Damage caused by mishandling or improper use is not covered.

You must request a return/refund within 15 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation

- Within 2 hours of order placement: Full refund.
- Uncustomised articles:
- Cancellation after 5 hours but before shipping – 15% handling fee applies.
- Cancellation after shipping but before delivery – 30% handling fee + shipping charges apply.
- Customised articles (e.g. customised beads bracelets, Rudraksha):
- Cancellation after 5 hours but before shipping – 25% damage-risk & handling fee applies.
- Cancellation after shipping but before delivery – 50% damage-risk & handling fee + shipping charges apply.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation request.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
